should India ban rickshaws?

Should Indian goverment ban human rickshaws? Is it against human rights? Or all these unemployed people will starve to death? In my opinion it is a proper and not a diminishing job, lots of people are actually having a job, and India's traffic will not get better if they decide to ban them. There are cities that definetely need these small and flexible transportation means. If you have a different opinion I will gladly hear your comments....
